  Lived here for a year (2015-2016) with my boyfriend and I had no issues. We lived in a two bedroom apartment close to the main entrance. The year we was staying here Elaine was the front office person and she was amazing (not sure if she's there now though). The neighborhood is busy but no one bothered use. Lots of kids,elderly and mixed culture in the neighborhood. While we was staying here they tried to keep the neighborhood fun by doing different contest with each tenant. When there was construction going on in the neighborhood they would always inform us by leaving a note on our door. The only thing I didn't like was there was no assigned parking. So if someone around you was having a party/gathering your parking spot will get taken and you would have to park away from your apartment. As me and my boyfriend lease was ending we got really bad small roaches (we think they was coming from our new next door neighbors). Maintenance came out and sprayed but they would still appear. I'm a very clean person so I know they wasn't coming from me. I didn't trip that much cause we was moving anyways.
